ActiveDesk’s significant offerings include a wide range of height-adjustable desks, cubicle screens, and desktop power solutions that support an active and healthy work style. They try to provide value while maintaining quality and innovation to create workspaces promoting health, comfort, and productivity.
ActiveDesk UK didn’t just want to sell office furniture. The company wanted to transform office spaces with its products. It required the products to be showcased on one page so that users could interact with them, resulting in a demand for an equally great presentation that the actual product is capable of. During our initial conversations with ActiveDesk UK, we gathered detailed information about its products and models. The offerings included four distinct collections of height-adjustable desks with different variations.
Given the wide range of variations, we identified the need to create a single configurator to display the entire product range, allowing customers to try different combinations of finishes and frames. This required a deep understanding of ActiveDesk’s products and high technical proficiency to develop a functional and visually appealing solution.
The client needed the 3D model of the combination to be downloaded from the website. They also wanted all the customization options to be visible in one place and to be downloaded in PDF format as per the customer's preference or requirement.
Based on the requirements and preferences of ActiveDesk UK, our team of 3D artists started by creating detailed 3D models for each desk finish and frame combination. We ensured each model was accurate and realistic to the product of the client. We then integrated these models into a dynamic configurator framework, focusing on user experience and simplicity.
